Shirt Replacement Policy for Wear and Tear

• Eligibility: Shirts must show signs of normal wear and tear, such as fading, fraying, or stitching issues, within 7 days of purchase.
• Documentation: Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• Assessment: All returns will be assessed by our quality control team to determine if the wear and tear falls under the policy.
• Replacement Options: Upon approval, customers will receive a replacement shirt of the same style and size. If the original style is unavailable, a similar item may be offered.
• Exclusions: Damage due to improper care (e.g., washing instructions not followed) or misuse will not be eligible for replacement.
